The American Society of Foot & Ankle Dermatology is an education, research and advocacy organization which promotes understanding of the skin and nail diseases with respect to the foot, including the DERMfoot seminar.
The mission of the American Society of Foot & Ankle Dermatology is to provide timely access to the latest data in the area of podiatric dermatology so physicians may increase the quality of care for their patients.
Further, the mission of American Society of Foot & Ankle Dermatology is to acquire and disseminate knowledge about normal and pathologic dermatologic issues of the foot. This includes support and facilitation of research and education on the basic science, clinical, and pathologic aspects of the skin and nail unit.
The American Society of Foot & Ankle Dermatology is governed by a board of directors. With over 200 diverse members, we represent the medical and surgical aspects of dermatology in podiatric practice.
